Medical masks generally use a multi-layer structure, referred to as SMS structure: a single layer of spunbond layer (S) on sides, a single layer or multiple layers of melt-blown layer (M) in the middle. This melt-blown layer, melt-blown fabric, which plays the most important role in virus filtering effect. The melt-blown fabric is the core material of the mask. With the features of multiple voids, fluffy structure, good fold resistance, unique capillary structure, melt-blown fabric has great performance on filtering, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption.
