Melt-blown non-woven fabrics are widely used in the field of medical, clothing, agriculture, construction, and hotel disposable supplies.

Melt-blown fabric is the filter material of masks. It is made from high melt index Polypropylene material. The diameter of the non-woven fibers range from 0.001 ~ 0.005 mm. With the featured structure of multiple voids, fluffy, fold resistant, melt-blown fabric has great performance on filtering, shielding, heat insulation, and oil absorption. Melt-blown fabric is mainly used in air filtration, acid-broken liquid filtration, food hygiene filtration, industrial dust mask manufacturing, etc. It is widely used for medical and hygiene products, industrial precision wipes, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials, battery separators, imitation leather base cloth and others.

Medical masks generally use a multi-layer structure, referred to as SMS structure: a single layer of spunbond layer (S) on sides, a single layer or multiple layers of melt-blown layer (M) in the middle.
